The family of Hoss's Steak and Sea House welcomes you to our restaurant. It is our pleasure to serve you in the most friendly and most efficient way we know how. We hope you will enjoy our fresh concept of back-to-basics cooking.

Your meal is cooked to order using the freshest ingredients available. Our tender grain-fed beef is never frozen and is cut fresh daily by our own butchers. Our freshly broiled and fried seafoods are among the finest in the world. We feature tomato herb tilapia, Chilean salmon, and our own handmade premium lump crab cakes. All of our chicken entrees are prepared using Hoss's own special recipes from marinades and homestyle stuffing.

Our soups are made in-house from our soup chef's own scratch-style recipes, as are our vegetables, salads, and bread pudding. We strive to keep our salad and fruit bar fresh, clean and nutritious. Here at Hoss's we never add chemical preservatives to our salad bar items.

The price which appears on our menu board is the total actual cost of your meal. There are no hidden charges for extras such as sour cream, butter, gravy, fried onions, peppers, and cocktail, barbeque or cheese sauces. Refills on coffee, soft drinks, and tea are ..."on the Hoss."
